QFN Package Introduction

QFN (Quad Flat No-lead) packaging is a surface mount technology packaging form, also known as quad flat no-lead packaging. It features metal terminals on four or two sides, suitable for low to medium pin count integrated circuits. QFN packaging has a large heat spreader on the bottom that can be directly soldered to the PCB, greatly improving thermal performance while being small in size, lightweight, and highly reliable.
